Winter Superfoods

If changing your bad eating habits tops your resolution list for 2013, you are not alone.  Many of us have vowed to eat healthier and exercise more.  Losing weight ranks number one on the list of New Year’s resolutions, yet according to Statistic Brain, only 8% actually achieve their goals.

The gyms are jam packed with people promising to lose weight this new year, however, within a month or two, those once die hard gym fanatics have given up.  I want you to be that 8%.  The most important thing you must do is eat more wholesome foods and less junk.  Making better food choices will enable you to lose weight and keep it off.  Eating healthy is possible during the cold winter months.  Here are my top foods to eat this first month of the year.  These five superfoods are nutritious and rich in nutrients.  Best of all, these foods will strengthen your immune system, keep you young, and make you look and feel more beautiful.

The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.
